Hi,

according to the information provided, this device is most likely 
supported by the latest version of the HSF modem driver that can be 
downloaded at:

http://www.linuxant.com/drivers/hsf/downloads-license.php

It is important to note that for HDA support with the HSF modem driver 
version 7.47.00.01 requires a 2.6.16 or later kernel.
