I have gone completely through the BIOS and found no entry for PnP. What I
did notice, is that under Wincrap98 the Modem is set to IRQ 10. Under linux
when I cat the /proc/pci, the Cardbus controller receives IRQ 10. I found
the entry for the Lucent modem which looked like this:

Bus 0, device 6, function 0:
Communication Controller: Lucent Microelectronics LT WinModem (rev 0)
   Master Cable. Latency=64 Min Gnt=252. Max Lat=14.
   Non-prefetchable 32 bit memory at 0xfc000000 [0xfc0000ff]
      I/O at 0x10c8 [0x10cf]
      I/O at 0x1400 [0x14ff]

no mention of an IRQ. Also, is there somewhere where I can find the vendor
ID of the modem? I am going to check out Winbook's site and see if there is
an update to the BIOS, which might have the entry for enabling/disabling
PnP.

Thanx,
LethalByte...
