My CPU is almost not utilized (I have a Pentium III 600) and
I want to make clear once more that for _exactly_ the same configuration,
under Windows/Linux with old driver the connection speed is 53333 but
under the new driver & kernel 2.2.18 the speed doesn't go over 28.8K

I have an ISDN line and I am using a POTS port to connect to the internet,
so the line should be as perfect as it gets.
