I don't have a NO DIALTONE problem with my PCI or ISA Lucents,
Nor does my BIOS menu for my ASUS P5A-B motherboard have a "Bus Master"
option. But maybe those of your with the NO DIALTONE problem should
carefully look at your BIOS menus and see what ISA and PCI settings are
available.

Could you relate what your "Bus Master" setting enables/varies?
