Compiling with build_module workes without any complains.
The module can't be loaded into kernel Here the message:
  # insmod -f ltmodem
  Using /lib/modules/2.4.0-4GB/kernel/drivers/char/ltmodem.o
  Warning: kernel-module version mismatch
/lib/modules/2.4.0-4GB/kernel/drivers/char/ltmodem.o was compiled for kernel version 2.4.0
while this kernel is version 2.4.0-4GB
  /lib/modules/2.4.0-4GB/kernel/drivers/char/ltmodem.o: unresolved symbol isapnp_devices
  /lib/modules/2.4.0-4GB/kernel/drivers/char/ltmodem.o: unresolved symbol isapnp_present

What's wrong?
Any help appreciated.

Greetings
Rolf
