Seems like the second kernel tree ( the 2.4.0.SuSE)
has headers included.

Marv, does ltmodem have problems with original SuSE
headers ? I think there has been something like that...

Just by the way, why are you using such old kernel headers...
Oh, you are a Linux newbie ? If you can you should upgrade to
2.4.4.
