I have an AMR 56k PCTel HSP MicroModem (at least that is what it is called in
windows!). I am running kernel 2.4.3 so I used the 2.4.x driver as found on
Jan Stifters site. I followed the directions, set my modem device to
/dev/mod (I think thats it) and I get the message "Modem not responding" when
I try to dial out. What might be the problem?

Thanks,
Nick
