Hi,
I have a PcTel on a 810LMR motherboard too. You must set it to Hal_I810 and
patch ptserial.c module as described at
http://phep2.technion.ac.il/linmodems/archive/msg00685.html
Your modem will work once but then you will get a IRQ kernel panic problem
(all PCI (and AMR) slots on 810LMR motherboards share the same IRQ and the
driver get lost). Wellcome to the club. There are another folks with the
same problem. Didi asked me to insmod e rmmod the modules each time!? Maybe
it works.
