3Com MiniPCI combo team

We have just been given the opportunity to know some information about
the 3com  MiniPCI combo
card. Our problem resides basically on the modem setup which does not
see the feature at all.

The machine we are using is the IBM ThinkPad A22m with the integrated
ethernet and modem feature.

Please let us have your  help in finding the driver and fix this
problem.
