Would some Redhat Users check whether Pengaol is included in the Redhat
8.0 distribution
==============
Sarkar
I used peng1.0a01.tar.gz
# ./recompile N0GUI
with both 2.4.18 and 2.4.19 kernels
The port specification was /dev/modem within /etc/Pengaol/PengAol.conf
Then with
/dev/modem --> /dev/ttyS2 , the Venus chip PCMCIA modem
CONNECT was fine. But with a change to:
/dev/modem --> /dev/ttyLT0
dialout was achieved with negotiaion sounds, but the Connect didn't
stabilize.
