Francex,

Read the docmentation on this issue, including 1st-Read.  The
kernel-2.4.19-mdk16 RPMS are an incomplete compnent  of the full header
set that is required.  You must import the full kernel-sources and
configure them, before build_module will succeed.

The utils/ksp.sh will guide you.

Did you do the Network Installation of Mandrake 9.0 ?
I tried that from two mirror sites and the install stalled in both cases
at the "Getting Package Lists" stage.
